About Us

Our names are Eric Disch and Anna Margaret Roth. Our love of food drew us together as students at Wake Forest University. Our love of the Winston-Salem community kept us here.

We started Dough-Joe's Doughnuts & Coffee in October 2017 after recognizing a need for a local doughnut shop in our community. Our mission is to serve incredible doughnuts while giving back to this place that is so dear to us.

We opened our Reynolda Village Shop in September 2019 as an expansion of our business. We are excited to provide a space where we can serve delicious food and coffee while facilitating community and contributing to our city!

Our Doughnuts

We believe a doughnut is best when it is fresh, hot, and made just the way you like it. That's why all our doughnuts are made-to-order and handcrafted in our mobile doughnut trailer. It starts with a delicious vanilla cake doughnut fresh out of the fryer. Then we handcraft your doughnut with a variety of toppings to create both original and classic flavors. Our goal is to create a memorable experience with every bite. Flavors change regularly, so be sure to follow us on social media to see our weekly offerings!
